China's new energy vehicle (NEV) exports reached 430,000 units in April 2026, up more than 110% year-on-year, setting a new record for the period, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. Cumulative exports for January-April hit 1.384 million units, doubling from a year earlier.
